• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on vip8. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited. vip8 may close all duplicate accounts and void associated transactions.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, mobile number, and date of birth. Inaccurate or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be under a self-exclusion order from vip8 or any other gaming operator. Attempting to re-register following a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account on vip8. To complete registration you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password, and any other information reasonably requested by vip8 for identity verification or account security purposes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to notify vip8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. vip8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials confidential or have shared them with any third party.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not use another player's account or attempt to access any account that does not belong to you.
• Your vip8 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• vip8 may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

vip8 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vip8 does not charge any fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through our supported local payment channels.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and full compliance with these Terms. Any bonus funds attached to a deposit must have their wagering requirement fully met before the bonus amount or any derived winnings may be withdrawn. vip8 reserves the right to request additional verification checks prior to releasing funds.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.
• vip8 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor.
• All account balances and transactions are denominated in BDT. Any currency conversion costs are solely the player's responsibility.
• vip8 reserves the right to suspend payment processing during scheduled maintenance, security reviews, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

vip8 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus balance or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in your bonus notification.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• vip8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus if it determines that the offer is being abused or exploited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Coordinated attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts constitute prohibited conduct.
• Bonuses credited to your account in error must be reported to customer support promptly. vip8 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus at any time.
• Free spins are awarded at a fixed stake value determined by vip8. Winnings generated from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the vip8 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or sporting event. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market on the platform. In cases of conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the provider's rules govern game outcomes while these Terms govern account, payment, and bonus matters.

• All bets are final once confirmed. vip8 does not accept cancellation or amendment requests for confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest technical error on the platform's part.
• If a technical failure interrupts a game or betting market, vip8 will resolve the situation fairly using available data. Where resolution is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds on sporting events may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds applied to that wager.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice, at vip8's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits may apply per bet, per market, per day, or per event. These limits are determined at vip8's discretion and communicated within the relevant market.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the source of funds deposited or withdrawn through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit bonus structures in a coordinated manner.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity, documents, or payment method during registration or verification.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or software glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and will be voided.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Termination

vip8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity, failure to complete identity verification, conduct harmful to the platform's integrity, or any other reason vip8 reasonably considers sufficient.

Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or in-progress wagering requirement fulfilment will be forfeited. Any remaining balance consisting solely of the player's own verified deposited funds will be returned after deducting any outstanding liabilities.

• Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting vip8 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course.
• Account suspension pending investigation does not constitute termination. During a suspension, the player may not access their account, place bets, or make deposits or withdrawals.
• vip8 will endeavour to communicate the reason for any account suspension to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe, unless doing so would compromise an active security investigation.
• Players may appeal an account termination by contacting customer support. vip8 will review each appeal individually and communicate its decision within a reasonable period.

vip8's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms
